Charges and fees on your Xfinity Mobile bill

Your monthly Xfinity Mobile bill provides:

  • A summary of charges, minutes, messages, and data used.
  • Payment status.

What is it

Your Xfinity Mobile bill may include:

  • Data charges.
  • Taxes, fees, and other charges.
    • These may include tablet or smartwatch line fees, plus taxes and government required surcharges such as:
      • 911 fees.
      • Regulatory Recovery fee.
      • Universal Connectivity charge.
    • Taxes are based on the value of the line, not on usage.
    • Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Call and message history for each line.
  • Device and accessory charges.
  • International charges.
  • Account credits.
  • Other charges, such as:
    • A one-time Activation Fee for each new phone or tablet line.
    • A Mobile fee (per line) for customers without other Xfinity services.
    • Federal and state Universal Service Fund (USF) assessments.
      • These are adjusted by the government every quarter.
      • You will never be charged more than the government set rate.
    • 988 fee
      • This applies in states that charge for the National Suicide Prevention Hotline.

Note: Some state or local governments may charge a one-time fee on equipment you buy or rent. These fees may show up at checkout instead of on your monthly bill.

How does it work

Your current billing cycle

In your Xfinity Mobile account, go to Billing and select View Current Cycle.

  • Your balance so far for the current cycle.
  • A breakdown of data, service, and device charges.
  • Any credits applied to this billing cycle.

Notes:

  • Only Primary and Manager Xfinity IDs can view Xfinity Mobile billing.
  • Recent account changes may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Your final bill

When your account is disconnected, you’ll receive an email on your normal billing date letting you know your final bill is ready online, including:

  • Your disconnect date.
  • Your final balance.
  • The date your automatic payment (if active) will process.
  • The payment method that will be used.
  • How to pay your final balance early.

You'll continue to be billed on your normal cycle for any:

  • Remaining Device Payment Plan (DPP) payments.
  • Other active Xfinity services.

You’ll get an email each month when your bill is ready.
