General questions
What happens if I use more than 1.2 TB in a month?
If you go over your data limit:
- First time in a 12-month period: Our current policy is that you get a courtesy month. You will not be charged, no matter how much you use. That policy is subject to change.
- After that in the same 12-month period you will pay for extra data:
- $10 for each 50 GB over the limit.
- Up to $100 per month.
- Alerts: Xfinity sends email and text alerts when you get close to or go over your data limit.
- Unlimited Data customers: If you have Unlimited Data or xFi Complete, you won’t pay overage charges.
