Get the Xfinity App

Download it from the App Store or Google Play, or text APP to 266278.

Note: Only Primary and Manager users can see data usage.

Check Xfinity Internet data usage

Online

1. Go to the Data Usage overview.
2. Sign in with your Xfinity ID.

In the Xfinity app

1. Tap Services.
2. Under Internet, tap Internet data usage.

Check Xfinity Mobile data usage

Online

1. Go to the Activity page on xfinity.com/mobile.
2. Sign in with your Xfinity ID.
3. View your devices and data usage.

In the Xfinity app

1. Tap Services.
2. Tap Mobile lines and data usage.
3. Select a device.
4. Tap Data usage to see details.
